"Turning Red" has to do with a 13-year-old woman called Meilin who's handling the ups and downs of being a teen, but she all of a sudden has another point to deal with in life. Whenever she obtains too excited, she all of a sudden becomes a huge red panda. It is because of an old "magical link" her family has with the pet. At 16, Chiang has outgrown the uncomfortable stage, but it actually was available in handy to play the component. Pamela Anderson is set to make her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago. The Baywatch alum will take on the lead role of Roxie — a wannabe vaudevillian who murders a man she is having an affair with, and becomes famous as a result — in an eight-week engagement running from April 12 through June 5 at the Ambassador Theatre in N.Y.C. "I have always been a huge fan of Bob Fosse's & Gwen Verdon's work. Ann Reinking, too," Anderson, 54, said in a press release. "Playing Roxie Hart is a dream fulfilled." A Texas judge gave a win to doctors in a lawsuit in the latest twist in the battle over surprise medical billing.   Judge strikes part of surprise billing rules A federal judge in Texas on Wednesday struck down part of the Biden administration’s regulations protecting patients from getting stuck with “surprise” medical bills when they see the doctor, in a win for doctors who sued to block part of the rules.  The ruling leaves in place the protections for patients against getting bills for thousands of dollars in situations such as going to the emergency room and later finding out one of the doctors was not covered by their insurance.   But it strikes down part of the regulations that govern how much insurers will pay doctors once the patient is taken out of the middle.  The ruling, from Judge Jeremy Kernodle, an appointee of fo...
